Results Disclaimer:
We provide our courses and products with the intention of offering valuable knowledge and insights. However, individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. By purchasing and accessing our course, you understand and agree that the results you achieve are dependent on various factors including your dedication, effort, and individual circumstances. We are not responsible for the results you obtain from implementing the techniques or strategies taught in the course or our digital products.

No Refund Policy:
We operate under a no-refund policy. All transactions are final. By completing the purchase, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Payment Obligation:
By purchasing this course or product, you agree to pay the specified amount in full. For all products, programs and services, if you are paying through a payment plan, you are responsible for completing each payment regardless if you leave the program or do not complete it in the time-frame provided. There are no refunds. Failure to complete payment(s) may result in the suspension or termination of access to the course content and / or legal action.

Intellectual Property:
All course and digital materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, audios and other content provided, are the intellectual property of Riina Kasurinen. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share any course or digital materials without prior written consent from us.

Modification of Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the course after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.


Additional terms and conditions for 1:1 and group coaching & healing services and sessions (delivered live or online):

Scope of Services
Riina Kasurinen offers transformational life coaching and somatic healing services in a trauma-aware coaching space (1:1, groups & couple). Working with Riina Kasurinen is a commitment to a deep journey of self-exploration, empowerment and healing.

Coaching is a partnership / an alliance between the Coach and the Client (someone who purchases a product / service / course via this website) in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize personal and professional potential and step into deeper self-awareness and self-leadership.

The Coach is responsible for the technical delivery and spaceholding of the coaching process, the individual 1:1 coaching sessions and the modules in the online courses. The Coach agrees to maintain the ethics and standards of behavior established by the International Coaching Federation (ICF).

Client Responsibilities
Throughout the use of Riina Kasurinen's products and services, the Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing his/her/their own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and his/her/their coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. 

As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed.

Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of his/her/their life, including but not limited to work, finances, health, relationships, spirituality and connection to self. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

Clients agree to participate honestly, respect the coaching container, and take responsibility for their own integration.

Scheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows
Clients are responsible for booking and showing up for their coaching sessions. There are no refunds. Cancellations or rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Late cancellations or no-shows, including arriving more than 10 minutes late without prior notice, will be counted as paid sessions.

Confidentiality
The coaching relationship, as well as all information (documented or verbal) that the Client shares with the Coach as part of this relationship, is bound by the principles of confidentiality set forth in the ICF Code of Ethics. The Coach agrees not to disclose any information pertaining to the Client without the Client’s consent.

With regards to group experiences / online courses, no personal information shared by any of the participants during the course / group experience will be shared publicly after the course. The Coach reserves the right to anonymously share about the experiences and feedback received from the participants within the course e.g. on the Riina Kasurinen website or social media. In case a recording is made of the live course / experience, this will be mentioned beforehand on the product description page.

Testimonials
The Coach may request written, audio, or video testimonials from the Clients. By providing a testimonial, the Client grants the Coach permission to use it in whole or in part for promotional, educational, or professional purposes. Client identities will not be disclosed without explicit consent.

ICF Training & Verification
The Coach engages in training and continuing education in pursuit of ICF accreditation. By purchasing this product, the Clients agree that their names, contact information, and coaching dates may be shared with the ICF or other credentialing or regulatory bodies for verification purposes only. No session content or personal notes will be shared.

Liability
In no event shall the parties be liable to each other for any indirect, consequential or special damages unless in a case of a wrongful intentional or grossly negligent act.

Riina Kasurinen reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use or purchase constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

By purchasing a product via this site, the buyer / client agrees to these terms and conditions.
